My Mission
It is my passion & life mission to live out the two greatest commandments on a daily basis. I am especially passionate about coming alongside you as an individual and/or your team/s in personal growth and development, business or non-profit organization development, equipping and empowering you to define and achieve your goals and beyond. With over 20 years of leadership experience across several industries including non-profit leadership, restaurant management, construction lead and business ownership, combined with the tried and true learning systems & teachings of John C. Maxwell, I believe I can be a powerful asset for you to unlock unopened doors of greater potential and effectiveness.
For some people, leadership is a gift they are born with and it comes natural to them. For others, it isn't so, but just about everyone can learn to lead and grow as a leader if they put the work into it. Even as a child, looking back the gift of leadership resides within me and I do not take that lightly.
As I began to mature, even in friend groups as a child I would end up leading in some way, shape or form. Within my 13 total years in the restaurant industry, I worked my way up to be on track to assume a GM position in a major seafood chain. Due to making a decision for better work-life balance, I moved to the construction industry and again found myself after just a year in a leadership position overseeing operations and responsible for up to 12 work crews at a time, materials ordering, and P&L management.
Finally, over the past 10 years I have been Operations Team Lead for one of the largest and fastest growing churches in America, started and successfully grew a Landscape Business tripling revenue over three consecutive years and held the position of Managing Director of a Leadership Training Center in NE Arizona.
My passion to see others develop and become all that God has created them to be grew more and more over my experiences above. That is why I chose to use the tools I have as a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher and Speaker combined with my natural gift of leadership and life experiences to encourage and empower others.
